All orders are processed as they are placed. Retail orders are filled as quickly as is possible, allowing for fabric availability. Most orders ship from our warehouse within 1 day from when they are placed. The average production time for custom orders is 1-2 business days. Occasionally, orders are shipped earlier or later than expected.
Sheetworld utilizes Fedex ground service or USPS Priority Mail (to our discretion) to ship all orders within the contiguous United States. Shipping charges for orders under $75.00 will be a flat $7.95. If you're shipping address is to a P.O. Box, you need to include a physical street address of the PO Box, in case we choose to ship your order via Fedex. Sheetworld will ship to an FPO or APO address. Soon after we process your order, you will receive an e-mail verifying your order.
Sheetworld now ships to Canada. All pricing is in USD. Shipping charges to Canada are 14.95 for the first item and an additional 4.95 for each additional item.
Bulk item orders - For bulk item orders on larger size sheets (ie. 12 pack of crib sheets), shipping for the first item is 60.00 and 40.00 for each additional bulk pack. For bulk items on smaller size sheets (ie. 12 pack of cradle or bassinet sheets), shipping for the first item is 40.00 and 30.00 each additional bulk pack.
Any additional fees if applicable, such as duties, are the customers responsibility upon receipt of the order.
All orders that equal or are greater than a total of $75.00 are entitled to free shipping with Fedex ground service or Priority Mail to the contiguous United States. This includes any of our custom orders or any retail order. So buy in bulk, and get your shipping free!
One coupon code valid per order. Multiple coupons are not accepted on a single order. Coupons are not valid on 'Buy In Bulk' items, Special Offers, or Deals of The Week.
Sheetworld accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We currently do not take orders over the phone, and we cannot process orders with check payments.
As you complete your order, you'll be asked for your name, address and credit card number. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to send your credit card number in our computer. SSL sends your number in an encrypted code, which only we can decode. This information is sent to a credit card payment processor to validate the name, address and credit card number - in much the same way a retail store handles your purchases. Your encrypted credit card information is then stored in a highly protected computer. After your merchandise has been shipped, your credit card will be charged. While we can keep track of your name and address from one order to another, you will have to provide your credit card number each time you order from us. Your order form, including encrypted credit card number, is then archived in a highly protected computer. The credit card information cannot be accessed for future purchases.
We are required to collect 8.875% sales tax on the merchandise subtotal and all applicable shipping charges for orders shipping within the state of New York. This tax will be added to your total, and reflected on your credit card statement.
Custom items, once ordered, are not returnable and not refundable.
Sheetworld stands behind the quality of the items we sell. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any item you purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days. Simply email us requesting an RA # and you can return it to us for a full refund minus original shipping charges. A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed to all returns received without original packaging and that are not in original condition. Custom orders, once completed, are not returnable and not refundable.
